How I work

I offer a safe and confidential space where we’ll work together to explore what’s troubling you, be it a recent difficulty or something you’ve struggled with for a while.

I am available for weekly, or twice-weekly sessions. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time on the same day each week.

Next steps

Please get in touch with me to arrange an initial session. This is a chance for us to meet and for you to think about whether you might find therapy helpful.

During this initial meeting, you’ll have time to fully explain what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. 

We may agree to meet for a further initial session if we agree that more time is required to determine the best way forward for you.
